If you’re looking for your “other half” please steer clear of me. I have no time to complete someone else. I am my own WHOLE person.
If you are only half of yourself doesn’t that mean you are fractured? I’m not here to complete fractured people, you must do that work.
I desire a lover who complements, not completes me.
The struggle to end homophobia is a struggle to open up space, free of sexual colonization, for all sexual orientations.
Heterosexuals and bisexuals have just as much to gain from fighting homophobia as homosexuals.
We all benefit from decolonized space!
The diversity of sexual orientation depends on each and everyone of us vigorously resisting homophobia, no matter our orientation.
I will not allow White Supremacy, Patriarchy, Homophobia, Capitalism, and Religious Fundamentalism to insist that Black life is not diverse!
And don’t think I forgot about Nationalism.
It’s another culprit that insists on portraying and depicting a singular Blackness.
There is simply too much at stake for us to allow any system to deny our diversity.
